Who is Disinfect IQ?
Disinfect IQ is a disinfection company that sanitizes and disinfects institutions, industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. We are unlike any commercial cleaning company that dusts, vacuums, and mops. Instead, we are the first line of defense to support commercial cleaning procedures. We come in with one sole purpose to sanitize and disinfect, killing contagious resistant germs that commercial cleaning can miss. Our service area spans across Connecticut and lower Hudson Valley New York, including the New York City metro area.
Our Procedure
Our procedure is two-prong. First, we spray and wipe down high-touch surfaces, and second, we use a broad-spectrum fogger. We use an antimicrobial agent like no other, called Benefogg™. It is the first and only botanical disinfectant to kill 99.99% of infectious germs. ATP fluorescent testing proves living microorganism cannot survive our disinfecting process.
There is an important reason why we use disinfectant ingredients derived from nature to kill viruses, bacteria, mold, and fungal spores. Facts prove microbes cannot build up a resistance to botanical oils.

Our Origin
Out of Necessity Usually, there is a need to kill existing mold and mildew in a basement compromised by water. As a result, Disinfect IQ is born out of necessity. It is a subsidiary of American Dry Basement Systems, a basement waterproofing company. Today, Disinfect IQ is mature and able to handle king-size commercial properties.
